(The US Bill of Rights)

Intellectual Freedom is an active round table of the Nebraska Library Association.  IF you are facing a challenge, IF you need support, IF you want to be informed, IF you want to contribute, or IF you simply would appreciate the networking and support, IF is the place to be.  Find out more about members.

You can see our present officers, examine our bylaws, and find links to like-minded organizations.

Make sure also to check out the new 2016 Nebraska Intellectual Freedom Handbook!

WHAT IS INTELLECTUAL FREEDOM?

Intellectual freedom is the right of every individual to both seek and receive information from all points of view without restriction. It provides for free access to all expressions of ideas through which any and all sides of a question, cause or movement may be explored.
